The game is based on the 2017 mobile Chinese game, Azur Lane. The PC version will come with English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese subtitles, and there will also be a deluxe pack that includes a desktop theme, PC wallpapers, and a soundtrack download. The North American PlayStation 4 release will also launch on February 13, 2020, with the European PlayStation 4 version releasing on February 21, 2020.
